On the road
- Don't use the app while driving. Set up Navigate before you leave. Pull over to reply.
- No street racing, no organising races, no "who's faster" on public roads. Timed runs only in Track mode on a road closed for an event.
- Don't follow other riders, and don't drive in a way that puts anyone at risk to get a photo or a meet.
Respect privacy
- Never post someone else's plate number, home, workplace or location, in chats, clubs or photos.
- Don't try to work out where someone lives from the map, and don't ask for it.
- Don't share screenshots of private chats without the other person's agreement.
- Photos of other people's cars are fine at public meets; blur plates and faces when you can.
Treat people well
- No harassment, threats, insults, hate or discrimination.
- A declined request means no. Don't keep asking or contact them another way.
- No sexual content, nudity, or unwanted flirting in requests.
- No scams: don't ask members for money, deposits or personal details.
Meeting up
- Meet in public, well-lit places: a café, a car park, a fuel station.
- Tell a friend where you're going. Consider making them one of your trusted people.
- If something feels wrong, leave, then block and report.
What you post
- Post only your own photos, or photos you have the right to use.
- Rides in your garage must be real. Don't use someone else's car to get votes.
- No selling, ads or promotions without our permission. N4S is not a car market.
- Nothing illegal, violent or dangerous.
Play fair
- One person, one account. No fake accounts to vote, get around a block or a limit.
- Don't buy, sell or swap votes. Paying for the Pass never buys rank.
- Be careful alerts must be real. False alerts get removed and repeated ones close accounts.
Reporting
Use Report on any profile, ride, request, message, photo or alert. Reports are private: the person isn't told who reported them. You can also block anyone; they then can't see you on the map, send requests or message you. Our moderators review reports and may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close an account. Serious threats or crimes may be passed to the police.
